Our well-appointed Oakley properties offer more space, amenities and a home-away-from home atmosphere, giving you all the perks of a great stay. Everything is included in our rental rates. There are no hidden fees or additional surcharges for using our WiFi, our towels or parking. Here you will avoid platform fees aka the expensive guest service fees typically charged by Airbnb/VRBO.
Our Oakley homes are furnished with all of the comforts of city living. A fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, first or second floor laundry with full sized washer & dryer, Smart TV, free WIFI, parking and more. So you can enjoy your stay and be comfortable the whole time.

Absolutely! We allow furnished stays of any length as long as it meets our minimum stay requirement and also offer a discounted rate for weekly / monthly stays.
75% payment is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of $1000. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after 10 days from your departure date and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
We do not allow pets in our homes this is to ensure the property is allergen-free for our family and team members who frequent the property.
We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment on-site. For an extra fee, we can provide equipment, such as a cot, high chair travel cot, car seat and stair guard. Please contact us for further details.
